All products sold on the website are physical goods that are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days and sent with tracked UPS delivery. Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to its destination.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as carrier timelines may be affected by factors outside our control. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to arrange a return and refund of the product price.
Returned items should be sent back in a resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our garment-care appliances and accessories are designed for domestic use on textiles and fabrics. Before first use, please read and follow the included user manual and all safety instructions. Steamers and heated tools produce hot steam and hot surfaces; keep them away from children, do not direct steam at people or animals, and always use distilled water where recommended to avoid limescale damage. Always check the care label of a garment before steaming, brushing, or shaving it, and test on an inconspicuous area if you are unsure. We are not liable for damage to fabrics, property, or persons resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions, or use of a product for a purpose it is not intended for.
The website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall Steamery Goods LLC or its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website or products.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, or $500, whichever is lower.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, and the courts of United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
