All orders placed on steamergo.com are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
Your order is shipped with tracked UPS delivery. UPS handles the transit of your physical package from our facility to your delivery address, and the available service options are presented at checkout based on your location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
We currently ship within the continental United States. If you are located outside this area, please contact our customer service team for availability and options.
